"I'm a Nikon kind of a guy"

Joe Sullivan

"I am a retired physician whose interest in photography was rekindled with the advent of digital photography. I love the ease of the digital darkroom and the creative possibilities available through computer technology. A native of Memphis Tennessee, I am an avid outdoorsman whose passion for wildlife has found a creative outlet in nature photography. I can think of no better way to spend time than sitting on a riverbank or walking through a quiet forest capturing images of my favorite subjects, birds. The Memphis Camera Club selected me as Photographer of the Year for 2008 and honored me with the Carl Nilson Lifetime Service Award in 2012. "
